Whenever I am on my duty, I like it be cold out side. When it is cold, there are not so many people moving around and surely less traffic accidents happen.
I have three fractures today:
1. Rt proximal forearm double bone fractures with impending compartment syndrome, referred from other hospital. We got to be very alert caring his neurovascular conditions.
2. Lt Colles fracture. Closed reduction was done and pt went home uneventfully.
3. A 12 y/o kid with rt forearm double bone shaft fractures. He just drank a glass of milk shake before his fall. The anesthesiologist won't do general anesthesia for him(or for me) until 4AM coming morning. Oh! Should I go to sleep or keep awake?
